Return and Refund Policy
Welcome to Lucinda Shelton LLC If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.The following terms are applicable for any products/prints/artwork that You purchased from Lucinda Shelton LLC.
Interpretation and Definitions: Interpretation - The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural. Definitions-For the purposes of this Return, Refund Policy.

Goods, Products, Prints, Artwork -refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders- mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service-refers to the Website

You-means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Returns Exchanges Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to process a return/refund. All return shipping will be paid and arranged by the customer. For the return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new unused without any damages, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and the original Certification of Authenticity included in the return package. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Delivery
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately through email at Lucindashelton@hotmail.com with pictures/video of the item and its condition upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, email with pictures/video so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
