Damaged or Lost Packages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately through email at Lucindashelton@hotmail.com with pictures/video of the item and its condition upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, email with pictures/video so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Thanks to our shipping insurance, we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
